M-Cube personalizes the digital experience in the Dolce store&Gabbana in Saudi Arabia

The evolution of digital customer experience design in the luxury industry is transforming the way brands interact with their customers. High-end boutiques are no longer solely focused on aesthetics: now they require a Seamless digital integration to improve the visitor journey through the property.

With this objective, The Luxury Signature Store Dolce&Gabbana in Diriyah (Saudi Arabia), has trusted M-Cube, specialist in the development of Personalized digital experiences for high-end brands, for design and install Led screens that blend harmoniously with the sophisticated architecture of the boutique, Circular design.

This new boutique, Dolce's largest&Gabbana in the Gulf region, plays a key role in Bujairi Terrace, A luxury shopping destination developed under the Vision 2030 from Saudi Arabia.

The store offers an immersive experience with exclusive fashion collections, jewelry, fragrances and an area called Café Dolce&Gabbana, the first of its kind in the region. Thanks to its involvement from the early stages of the project, M-Cube managed to combine technology and luxury, elevating the shopping experience without compromising the brand's iconic elegance.

The boutique's circular design featured a Technical challenge for the installation of visual systems, since it required the integration of custom digital LED screens that complemented its curved architecture.

Added to this was the Logistics Management of a large-scale facility in Saudi Arabia, that M-Cube coordinated with local partners to ensure compliance with architectural restrictions and respond to last-minute modifications requested by Dolce's senior management&Gabbana.

This is what he points out Luca Violato, Stores & properties in Dolce&Gabbana: "M-Cube designed, supplied and installed all the Led walls in our Diriyah boutique. His team also handled the complex logistics in Saudi Arabia with great efficiency. They were highly proactive, ensuring smooth execution, despite the challenges of last-minute modifications".

From the entrance of the boutique to the central areas, Led digital display elements enhance Dolce's ambient narrative&Gabbana, with an immersive tour of the store, "in which Technology reinforces brand presence without losing its luxurious atmosphere".

In this sense, A key feature of the project, as pointed out by M-Cube, has been the Seamless integration of digital content in the surroundings of the boutique, which has high-resolution screens in strategic locations, Including Three Walls Curved Led (with dimensions of 1×4,2 metre, of 2×4,2 m and 4.2×4,2 m) configured to follow the architectural design of the store.

In addition, one Four-sided Led column (each of 1×3,5 metre) Increase visibility and interaction with customers. All screens have a pixel pitch of 1,9 mm.

Each visual element installed in the store is connected to a Real-time content management system, allowing Dolce to&Gabbana dynamically adapt its digital messages.
