Bespoke LED solutions including three curved LED walls and a four-sided column complement the architecture while maintaining the refined aesthetic at the circular Dolce&Gabbana boutique.

M-Cube has designed the digital customer experience for the new Dolce&Gabbana flagship store in Saudi Arabia.

The store – which is located in Diriyah and is the luxury fashion house’s largest boutique in the Gulf region – has been fitted with LED solutions that create an immersive brand experience.

M-Cube was involved from the inception, designing and integrating digital elements into the store concept. The boutique’s circular design presented a unique challenge, requiring custom-engineered digital solutions that complemented the architecture while maintaining the refined aesthetic.

The bespoke LED solutions include three curved LED walls and a four-sided LED column display, all with a 1.9mm pixel pitch.

Every element is connected to a real-time content management system that enables staff to adapt the digital messaging dynamically.

Leonardo Comelli, business director at M-Cube Italia, said: “By overseeing the entire digital customer experience design in luxury from concept to execution, M-Cube helped Dolce&Gabbana create an innovative and immersive shopping environment.

"The result is a boutique where digital technology enhances the brand’s presence while maintaining its luxurious atmosphere.

"This strong partnership ensured that every aspect of the digital customer experience design aligned perfectly with the boutique’s sophisticated identity.”

Luca Violato, a project manager in Dolce&Gabbana's stores and properties department, added: "M-Cube engineered, supplied and installed all LED walls in our Diriyah boutique.

"Their team also managed the complex logistics of Saudi Arabia with great efficiency. They were highly proactive, ensuring smooth execution despite the challenges of last-minute modifications."
